JAPANESE YAKINIKU

Yakiniku Bar La Shomon has been the culmination of a lifetime’s experience, passion and dedication to the art of beef, and traditional Japanese yakiniku cooking.

Our goal is to provide only the most premium and delicious Wagyu beef, while embracing the atmosphere of the traditional Japanese yakiniku restaurant, where guests and customers are made to feel welcome, comfortable and at-home. We aim to remove the barriers to Japanese gourmet dining, and help everyone enjoy the world-renowned offerings of the Kobe region. It would be our pleasure to have you join us.

ONLY THE BEST WAGYU BEEF

It is our pursuit and dedication to providing only the best possible flavor that drives us to our hands-on, intensive approach to sourcing, and producing, the best possible Dry Aged beef.

We personally visit only the best of the region’s local providers, and hand-pick each piece of meat ourselves. Following this, each individual steak is then aged for 60 days in a carefully controlled environment in our own facilities.
